SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

we offer free one-way FedEx ground shipping on all orders for full price or somewhat marked-down boots/shoes over $150.  generally, our handling time is 1-2 days, 
domestic orders placed before 3pm PST, will normally go off that day. all orders placed after 3pm PST, will normally go off the following day. we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, all orders placed during the weekend will go off the following monday. we cannot ship to PO boxes. if you would like us to include signature upon delivery, please specify on your order. pskaufman... is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  normally, FedEx ground & home delivers next day in southern caiifornia, and within 3-5 days, after shipping, to the rest of the u.s. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
all orders, for a single pair, to canada are shipped via Fedex ground, for a flat rate of $30.
for orders, for a single pair, anywhere else in the world, we offer one-way DHL or USPS international shipping  for a $45 flat rate. shoes are removed from their shoe box and placed into a smaller box for shipping. our handling time is 1-2 days. generally, orders placed before 11am PST will go off that day. all orders placed after 11am PST, will go off the following day. we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, all orders placed during the weekend will go off the following monday. we cannot ship to PO boxes. if you would like us to include signature upon delivery, please specify on your order. pskaufman... is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. all duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. pskaufman... is not responsible for delays in customs. if a shipment is undeliverable or refused abroad and is delivered to us, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount credited.
DHL international express delivers 3-6 days after handling.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY ON FULL PRICE pskaufman... FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES, CLOTHING, ART & JEWELRY
pskaufman will gladly accept all returns of unworn, unused items, still in the box with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. the customer will be credited the amount less shipping costs. pskaufman... is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items. 
upon the receipt of returned goods, pskaufman... reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. 
items that are the incorrect size, have been shipped incorrectly or are defective are accepted for exchange. pskaufman will take responsibility of return shipping costs back to us and the return shipment back to you.
in order to get you wearin' our shoes asap, please send proof of shipment to info@pskaufman.com and, in most cases, we will ship your replacement items before receipt of returned goods. all sale purchases are final sale. if we've made a mistake with sizing or if an item is defective, please let us know and we will work it out. 
we will exchange sizes on deeply-discounred sale items, but customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
